From Brits

What started in a family kitchen in South Africa is now a 25-strong team in a purpose-built Rocklea factory. The recipe never changed.

The original recipe

Jan De Beer perfects our boerewors, biltong and droëwors in Brits, South Africa.

Australia beckons

The family settles in Brisbane and opens butcher shops across Queensland.

Our first factory

Capalaba opens, doubling production, and contract manufacturing begins.
